  • Initial Inquiry :- The first step is to exppress your interest in owning an Exppress Car Wash franchise.   • Franchise Agreement :- If you decide to proceed with our business franchise, you'll be required to sign an ECW franchise agreement. The agreement outlines the terms and conditions of the franchise, including the franchise fee, royalties, and other financial obligations.
  • Franchise Application :- Once you exppress interest, you'll be required to fill out our ECW franchise application. The application will ask for information about your background, financial resources, and other relevant details.
  • Training :- Once you sign the franchise agreement, you'll receive training from the franchisor. The training will cover all aspects of operating an Exppress Car Wash franchise, including marketing, operations, and customer service.
  • Review and Approval :- After receiving your application, the franchisor will review it and determine whether you meet their criteria for owning a franchise. If your application is approved, you'll be invited to proceed with the next steps.
  • Site Selection and Construction :- As a franchisor, we will help/assist you in selecting a suitable location for your car wash and will provide guidance on building or renovating your facility.
  • Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) :- Before you sign a franchise agreement, the franchisor is required by law to provide you with a Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD). The FDD contains important information about the franchise, including the company's history, fees and expenses, and obligations of both the franchisor and franchisee.
  • Grand Opening :- After your car wash studio is built and ready to open, we will help you plan and execute a grand opening event to promote your new business.

GEOGRAPHICAL KNOWLEDGE The business candidate should be able to analyze the market based on various parameters. The capital required for starting the car wash business varies from Rs. 15 lacs to Rs 20 lacs. The investment depends upon various factors such as the location of the outlet, business potential, and type of business model selected. The approximate Area required for the new outlet ranges from 1000 sq. ft. to 1500 sq. ft., The process for selecting a New Business Partner gets initiated from the moment the applicant submits the online application. The selection process takes about 2 to 3 weeks of time from the date of the receipt of the Application. Please see the timetable and obligations for details.

Process Timeline

Step I – Online Application
  • Open your web browser and go to www.exppresscarwash.com
  • On the homepage, click on the "Franchisee" link.
  • Scroll down, and click on the "Apply Online" option.
  • Fill out the online application form with your personal and business details.
  • Upload the required documents, such as your ID proof, business plan, and financial statements.
  • Review the application form to ensure that all the information is accurate and complete.
  • Submit the online application form.
  • Once you have submitted the online application form, Exppress Car Wash will review your application and contact you for further steps.
Step II - Information Gathering
  • The applicant has to gather information preferably from the location where the ECW Outlet is to be set up. Select at least 2 locations as per your preference.
Step III– Discussion/ Meeting
  • You will be called for a discussion or a meeting with ECW Officials about the project at the ECW Zonal Office.
  • During the meeting, be prepared to discuss the current status of the project, any issues or challenges that have arisen, and plans for future development and expansion. It may also be useful to provide specific examples of successful outcomes or the impact of the project.
Step IV– – Business Proposal
  • The proposed business is about car washing or detailing studio/outlet that aims to provide high-quality car detailing services to customers. The outlet will be located in a busy commercial area, and it will have stateof-the-art equipment to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • The business Proposal will be created and discussed based on the information collected by the applicant. It comprises the Revenue and Profit Plan for the new ECW outlet.
